Hello,
I am a 55 year old female who has moved home to be closer to my 88 year old mother who has Alzheimer's. I enjoy every day I have with her and have discovered that I have the compassion and patience needed to take care of an elderly person. I help her with getting dressed, meals, pills, walking around etc. I read to her, play cards, and take her on short trips to get her out of the house. I am one of 3 sisters so she is not my full-time job. I am hoping to fill my life with helping the elderly and watching children as I am getting tired of corporate America. I feel I have a lot of love to give and would like to find a job that is rewarding.
