First off, I am a very independent 21 year old woman with many goals in life. I am currently in pursuit of getting a degree in Social Work. I became a care giver over a year ago, and though I thought it would just be another ordinary job, it became something I loved. I worked with one client for the past year, and in February he recently passed away. His passing was very hard on me, but it also made me realize that this is the career I am wanting to pursue at this time. I love people; I love to talk and to listen, as well as just help. I believe that any person with an type of need, or any type of disability should be shown love, and be shown care. So as for me and my personal attributes, I always try to exude care in love into anyone that is placed in front of me.
I am officially CPR certified, and I am in the process of taking classes for my CNA license in the Summer of 2015. Although I only had the one client for that year, I also have helped other PCA's who served other people with different disabilites.
Overall I am a hard working, loving, and very passionate worker.
