Hello,
In the past I worked part-time as companion for the elderly while going to college, and for 5 years I provided paramedical assistance for a dear family member.
I am in my early 50's and back to school; now working on my BA in Psychology. I love people and am very responsible person, who loves to listen, provide feedback, and brighten the day of others. I believe we can all create a peaceful world, one person at a time, no matter what challenges life brings us.
Additionally, I have had some extensive training in nutrition and Naturopathy, and am a big believer in healthy cooking and meal planning for a healthy body and mind. I have experience with meal planning/preparation which ensures that healthy satisfying meals are always available and ready to heat. I can also conduct a one-on-one training to show you how to prepare your own healthy meals for the entire week in advance. It is an enjoyable activity to do together.
