Mykema’s Bio
My name is Mykema Claggett. I am 25 years old from Maryland who enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Social Work. I completed a Dual degree program with UMES and Salisbury in 2014. I had numerous internships working with different school age children. I had one internship working with after school children of different ages. I also was an intern with a Social worker at Princess Anne HeadStart where I was really able to work with families and children hands on to help them live a better life in any way I could provide assistance. In high school I did child development and also had a internship at Central special school a school for students with different disabilities. I believe we all were put here to be treated fair and with love . I enjoy the little things in life . I had to take some time off from doing the things I loved because of a car accident 2 months after I graduated college. I have no children of my own yet and would love to be able to use my previous experiences and own observations to help nurture while learning new things to a family willing to accept and give me a chance. I currently work at a hospital trying to save up for a car so I can do more.
