I began my journey as a caregiver/ care companion about 8 years ago when my father became ill. It was then I realized how important companionship is needed. As we age life as we once knew it slows down. Our bodies change and we have to adapte. Some of us may fortunate to have a lot of people around to help out. But like my dad that may not always be the case. That's why I was glad I could help him. I would like the opportunity to help others as well. If its going shopping or just sitting and talking I don't mind. I believe it gives individuals somthing to look forward to each day. I'm caring,considered and looking forward to helping others get the best out of their life.
