Leah’s Bio

My name is Leah and I am interested in working for senior citizens. Although I have no experience in this area I have been a care taker for many different types of families a few years now. I have always enjoyed getting to know and helping out people of all ages.
When I am not working as a care taker, I am a designer and an illustrator. I am an avid reader and do editorial illustrations for institutions like The New York Times and Bloomberg. My goal is to one day do my illustration work full time. I am also an avid tennis player, biker, and love to go camping.
Working as a care taker is fun for me because I go on new adventures all the time. Every day there is a different context to work in. The more I respect the people I work for, the more I enjoy the work I do. I look forward to getting to know new people and learning something new with them.
