I've had extensive experience in taking care of seniors and child care over the years. I 've started back recently. I made sure the seniors needs were met. I actually like interacting with the seniors. I like hearing about their past. I've heard some interesting stories from some of them. I prepare meals for them if necessary, help them get dressed, go with them to their appointments, play board games to keep their minds sharp, put together puzzles, also take walks if they are able to do so. I like to keep them smiling after all laughter is good medicine. I used to work at the American Red Cross Head Quarters for quite some time. I retired from there in 2018. The building was sold to the State Department. As for my young people. I like to mentor them. We know now quite a few of them need guidance. I like to stir them in the right direction. Education is important to me. We have to many of them following the wrong folks so; the ones that I come across I chat with them to see where their head is at. I would definitely like to see others on the right path to success. I notice a lot of them don't have roll models like we had in our era. It would be nice to see that again. All I can do is try to nurture them when I come across the ones that need a extra push.
