I am completing a BS in Social Science, May 2019. I have worked with various levels of special needs adults in my job; some who are highly independent, some who need their job coach during training, and some who need more guidance. In addition, I have worked with children in the Special Olympics in the past in swimming and track and field. I am very patient and understanding of individual needs. I take the time to work with the person and want to make sure they have the tools needed to be successful. I am looking for an opportunity to change fields and obtain a full time role working with special needs individuals.
