Let me introduce myself, I am Morton Patton founder of Putting Health Into Today (PHIT), which is a fun exercise program that uses cardiovascular activities in a non-aggressive way to get people in shape. The importance of this is that it can be used for the entire family for kids from 5 to 95. This exercise program can instill discipline and structure into inner city lifestyles by building interpersonal skills through teamwork related exercises and interaction. It is something that will get the people off their couches and onto their feet doing healthy activities. This positive outlet can be shared with families because it enables all ages to get involved. We can win the war against obesity and poor health with preventative measures. Morton Patton has created this program which involves fun cardio games, with a concern for the health of people in the inner cities of America. My goal is to introduce exercise as a way of life.
