I was a private caregiver for an elderly lady in her 80s. I cooked and cleaned for her. Kept her company and reminded her to take her medication. I also kept her company and entertained her by cracking jokes. She found me to be a delight to work with. She also was wonderful to work with. I learnt how to be a good caregiver/companion by observing and also learning online. I love working with the elderly because they are full of wisdom and insight about life.
