I have been in the medical field as a caregiver for 8 years. I also have a certificate as a nursing assistant as well, that I received back in 2011. I started off my experience in assisted living facilities around the Eastern Shore as a medication technician (which I received the training through the job) in 2010. I update all of my important certifications on my own to stay up to date with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene rules and regulations as a CNA.
