Hello, I am a 26-year-old military spouse, mother, and homemaker. My enjoyment in caring for others has been the fuel for my vocational choices, past and present.
I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a 242-bed NYS Veterans Home assisting elderly people with all activities of daily living in which time management, attention to detail, and a compliant attitude was key. As a homemaker, cooking and maintaining household cleanliness are the foundation of each day. In my home I cook everything from scratch, there are no pre-packaged mixes or frozen/microwave meals, baking included. Organization is not only my passion, but so important in keeping a home comfortable that its members can happily and freely operate without worry of clutter or mess.
I hold a special esteem for elderly people and enjoy spending time in their company. Any chance to help maintain their independence is something I find worthy in doing.
