Previous Senior Assignments Over the Last Four Years have been primarily live-in assignments in Maryland, Maine, and New Jersey.

Responsibilities included client care, in some instances, bathing, bedside care, and end-of-life care or hospice. I handled Medication reminders and giving meds, cooking, baking a special birthday cake and having catered parties for the family and friends. Playing games, conversation, reading the newspaper together, and discussing current events, or memories from long ago. Laundry, transportation, social engagements, doctor's appointments, shopping, cleaning the home, and doing whatever was needed to help each client have the highest quality of life, independence, and dignity. We had fun everyday, and enjoyed as much as possible, even if it was nothing more than watching a ball game or the History Channel, or the weather report.

My other experiences include work as an Activities Assistant in a Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility working with clients in music, art, crafts, singing, games, reading the current news, making cookies every week, holiday celebrations, and more activities than I can list.

I have a service dog that my clients have loved. She is certified, and very gentle, and she helps to make a difference in the lives of my clients. We have a lot of love and friendship to offer a family.
