Lynn’s Bio
I studied and became a Certified Nursing Assistant directly out of High School. Wanting to take care of people I started and worked many years in various Nursing Homes. When my family started growing I continued my career in the hospital setting, mainly because of the flexible schedule. I was both a full-time mother while continuing to work and keep up on my skills. I have most recently been drawn to work with the slightly elderly to older clients because of my passion to help people continue to have quality in their lives and most times this takes a lot of patience. I also help the families that I work with keep their loved ones in their own homes as long as that is their desire. I have worked with several hospice patients and although this is very sad, it is always my goal to add the most happiness and comfort as humanly possible. I enjoy helping others continue to do daily chores and activities with as much assistance as they are comfortable with all the while maintaining their integrity and individuality. If they are able to grocery shop, for example, but the family would prefer them not do it alone or they need assistance because of a disability that's where I come in, your loved one can still perform their normal daily activities just with a friend along.
