Meredith’s Bio
I am new to companion care/sitter. I know First Aid, and am willing to become certified in CPR. I do have recent experience in companion care where once every two weeks I visit a senior with Lupus. She has a dog that I adore, and I do light cleaning for her.
For 15 years I also helped care for my mother who,suffered from ovarian cancer, heart attacks, and dementia. I always wanted to,be a nurse, but circumstances at the time prevented me from doing so. Sick people and those suffering from dementia or Altzheimers do not scare me.
For 5 years as a teen, I volunteered as a Candy Striper at both UMMH/SJMC and GBMC. In my 40s, I worked with a Springer puppy in Pets on Wheels.
Currently I also play tennis with women who are 88, 92 and 103. I enjoy my time with them.
