I am a LPN and have 30 yrs experience with geriatric and Hospice patients. I enjoy caring for people and helping them continue to live a healthy and dignified life. Working in long term and sub acute facilities isn’t as satisfying as it used to be. There’s no more time to care for the residents and have one on one care and conversation. It’s all about the paperwork now. I love making my resident smile which gives me satisfaction that I’m making a difference in their life.
