Petier’s Bio
I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Maine 8 years ago. I also work for Comfort Keepers of Topsham and Damariscotta. I formerly worked for Merrymeeting Behavioral Health Associates in Brunswick Maine. I went through MHRT-C training and at that time I did pass my CRMA (certified residential medication aide). I have worked with both male and female clients and find that they are both very comfortable with me once we get introduced. I understand it can be very scary to put your life in someone else’s hands, even for basic things, and that it takes time to understand what a client likes and doesn’t like, so I try to stay open to doing things in the way that the client requests, while making sure they are safe and healthy. Two recent clients were a retired executive in Boothbay, and a kind woman with late stage Alzheimer’s who lived in Bowdoinham whose son is a police officer in Richmond.
