I am PSS certified and also became certified as a CRMA last year. I believe that everyone needs someone at some point in their lives. I have experience with providing ADL's (activity of daily living), being a companion, and also trained in proper and safe administration of prescribed medication. I have worked at an assisted living facility for the past 2.5 years and have experience with caring for those who are fairly independent and also with those who need complete care and one on one. I also have experience with dementia and the behaviors that arise when one is affected with dementia. I am passionate about providing good quality care to those in need and in doing so, also preserving the dignity of the individual. It is imperative to preserve dignity and promote independence to the aging in order to provide quality of life and to allow them to feel as though they have a purpose.
