I have extensive experience working with: seniors, Dementia related care, mobility limitations, companionship, young adults, all activities of personal care and activities of daily living, and community engagement.

For the past three years, I have worked in a leadership capacity with adults with Developmental Disabilities. I am proficient in American Sign Language. I have training and experience within the realm of: communication barriers, sensory integration diets, physical limitations, and in identifying communication within behaviors and developing behavior trackers and methods of success.

I firmly believe in a holistic approach to team care. There needs to be a collaborative relationship between caregivers, parents, guardians, medical personnel, day programs, and educators. I am an advocate for dignity, person-centered planning, and consumer autonomy.

My trainings include: direct support professional, certified residential medication aide, safety care behavior safety training, sensory diet integration, adult health, CPR/First aid, diabetes, human rights, and regulations.
