Hi! My name is Sara, I have worked in various positions the healthcare field for 10 years. Including but not limited to; CNA, Assistant Manager for Renaissance Community Homes Inc., and housecleaning. I have worked with many people ages varying from teenager to senior with different needs such as developmental and physical disabilities as well as Dementia and Alzheimer's. Most recently, I have stepped away from the healthcare field to seek outside opportunities. I am aware that there is a severe need of at-home help, and find it most rewarding to work with others one-on-one in a more comfortable (non-clinical) setting. I enjoy helping others and pride myself on being honest, trustworthy, dependable, and building long-lasting friendships on an individual basis. Each person that I work with is different, therefore each relationship is different and the help that I provide is tailored to fit each person's specific needs (based on their requests/guidance of how they need things done). I believe that the person I am working with should be involved and have ultimate say about how they are cared for, afterall, I am working for them, not the other way around.
