I am a retired professional and raised four successful, college educated sons on my own. In my work as an attorney I represented families of special education students and prepared them for their IEP meetings and helped out in the special education classrooms volunteering as an aide. I've worked for many years with the American Red Cross and received several certifications from them including CPR and advanced first aid training. I miss working with kids and miss my children a lot. I babysit neighbors children often so they can go on date nights and I've been known to keep their dogs and other pets as well. I spent a few months teaching english to chinese children online through the internet but missed the actual physical contact of hanging out with the kids. I thought I might enjoy babysitting/childcare interaction and saw this opportunity.
