I am a Traverse City area woman with a great deal of experience as a caregiver in my own family. I am seeking an opportunity to use my skills to help others. My resume would say I'm a writer and a media manager, and that's true--I've spent many years in a very rewarding field. But my priorities have changed and, while I continue to write, I find the business of helping others much more rewarding than the often impersonal world of media management. I juggled career and caregiving for my special needs son and my elderly mom (who recently passed) for many years. I moved to the Traverse City area three years ago to find a quieter, simpler life. I have found it. I want to keep it. And I want to work with others. I am an excellent caregiver, an excellent cook and an excellent housekeeper. I also like pets!
