I have been working with special needs (kids, teen, adults and elderly) since I have graduated from SMN where I was a para for 2 years then I was offered a day service position all year round to work with more behavioral clients for another 2 years and then I was offered a managers position at another facility where I worked in home and day service. I am trained in CPR and first aid and also MANDT which is how to help clients from hurting themselves or others. I have been married 2 years and we have a beautiful daughter who is 14 months now. I grew up in day care because my mother was and still is a in home day care provider.
