I was raised in a home surrounded by love, with family friends and family members babysitting when needed, pet sitting if needed and caring for the ederly in the community. I have seen the effect kindness can have in a child's upbringing. Being humane and loving with pets is the only acceptable behavior, and making a healthy meal or simply being available for a game of yahtzee or scrabble is a memorable experience to those who may not have anyone.
