Susan’s Bio
I am a retired Special Education with 38 years experience. The students IEP's revolved around functional daily skills, sensory integration and occupational and physical therapy along with travel training. During my career I taught five to twenty one year old students. Ozark High School was my last job and I was there twenty one years.
I have a lifetime teaching certificate in EMH, TMH and remedial reading.
When I graduated from college in 1978 the terminology used to define a students disability was much different than it is today.
My home is Springfield. I am a widow with a thirty year old son.
