I started working with Volunteers of America in Metairie Louisiana May 1990 until August 2005, I assisted individuals in the Independent Living program with Personal hygiene, bathing, cleaning, Dr. appointments, cooking, outdoor activities, certified in teaching individuals to live independently on their own I've also worked with Alzheimer's and patients with Dementia, Children with chronic illness at Padua Community Services in Belle Chase LA. for over five years. I have been a caregiver all of my life I took care of my ailing mother for over 10 years before her death a father and brother that passed due to a liver transplant in 2010.
