Former house manger of a Traumatic brain injury home/ caregiver assisted living facility. I love working with the elderly and mentally challenged. I have worked with case managers many physicians with in the Missoula community developing a plan of care for each one of my residents when I was house manager at a TBI home/assisted living home. Interacted daily with family members. I have done respite care at the Tbi home with Hospice of Missoula and Aspen Hospice. I would go to the hospital with residents should they need to go and stay with them. I have worked with many end of life clients. I worked with personel at Opportunity resources in missoula. Many of my residents TBI were employed at ORI. I was in charge of transportation and scheduling the bus and dr appointments plus driving to and from appointments / work. I ordered every residents medications weekly kept track of all resident files and worked with Department of human services for all in house surveys.
