Briana’s Bio
My name is Briana, I am 23 years old and I live in the Raleigh/Cary area where I plan to complete my early childhood education degree. I currently work part time in health care and I have become very passionate for the beginning of and end of life. My two favorite topics in education and in my career thus far have been pediatrics and gerontology. I am CPR and CNA certified in NC. I am originally from Massachusetts where I graduated high school. I did over 2000 hours of community service during high school working with children and the elderly. Being CNA certified, I did my rotations in long-term nursing facilities and I developed a passion for the elderly to accompany my passion for children. My grandparents are very young in comparison to most people my age, and are relatively healthy, but I have now understood the need for elderly companionship and the lack of quality caregivers in the field. Briana was a fantastic find for our trip in the Durham area for the weekend. We needed someone to stay with our two toddlers in our hotel room while we went out for the evening. She was excellent at communicating from the initial contact through references, confirmations and throughout the night. She fed both kids dinner, did bedtime routine and got them both asleep in the one hotel room. They had a great night and my older son, 2.5, even asked about where she was in the morning. We absolutely recommend her services to anyone in the area.
I have used Briana a few times to babysit my 3 year old daughter and we both love her! My daughter feels completely comfortable with her and so do I. I will definitely keep using Briana for all my babysitting needs.
Briana has been amazing! She has sat for my 1.5 year old about a dozen times so far. He normally cries when I leave to go somewhere, but whenever Briana shows up, he is all smiles! She is reliable, punctual, and always confirms timing with me the day before or day of before I even have a chance to, which I greatly appreciate. She also keeps in contact with me throughout the evening when I am gone. She has always kept all our scheduled dates, and has also helped me out last minute a few times when I've been in a jam. Even more importantly, my son has a blast with her and I know he is in great hands while I am gone!
Cancelled meeting set up to meet my daughter the morning of, she offered her availability the next week, and then did not respond. Based on other reviews and my experience, may not be very reliable.
We were in contact several times and I contacted her references, which checked out. She was supposed to come at 6pm and then cancelled via text about someone running into her car. This was at 5:30pm. Then she never returned my concerned text and I never heard from her again. We had lined her up to babysit over a week before and had dinner reservations. Very disappointing.
She was great! She helped me out last minute was on time and very sweet.
My 6 month old son loved her!
We had Briana a couple of times for our (then) 2 year old daughter, and she was great. We were sad when she moved to California.
Briana did a great job for us. On time, very nice and my 6 year old really had a good time. Thank you!
