I have several years of experience with elderly in professional and personal settings. I took care of several of my aging family members up until the day they passed and I wouldn't trade that experience for the world. I got into caretaking at the age of 16 because of a woman named Ms.Tammy that asked me to take care of this 92 year old preacher for this wonderful family. I had so much fun I just kept going with it. I find elderly people so easy to get along with, so sweet, and its such a learning experience. I find it very easy for me to be patient, understanding, and gentle with them and thats why I really love this job. It comes naturally to me and its my favorite thing to do.
