I have a degree in chemistry and worked for 34 years in the Pharmaceutical / Textile Industry. After Novartis relocated it's Greensboro headquarters to Indiana, I took a break to care for my parents who have since passed away. During that time I took a part time job as a florist / gardener preparing beautiful arrangements for events held at the Proximity and O Henry Hotel. I was furloughed in March due to Covid19. I am looking for a career change and hope to work with children. I have 2 grown sons who live in Denver and Albuquerque. I am 59 years old with a passion for kids and hope to help parents in this time of uncertainty. I completed the Red Cross course - Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED in 2017 and will update the certification in the near future.
