Brooke M. Care Companion in Jamestown, NC 27282

Hi my name is Brooke and I just moved to North Carolina about a month ago from New Hampshire!
I have a year and 4 months of experience working in patient care back in New Hampshire. I worked at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center on an inpatient surgery unit where I would get patients post operation and aid them as they recovered. I absolutely love taking care of people, and want to make sure the patient is as comfortable as possible and make sure they felt cared for in every way. I would bathe patients, dress them, help them eat and make sure they got up and moving every day and weren't stuck in bed all day.
I got my nurses aid certification through a program Dartmouth had with the Red Cross, I passed with high honors and also obtained my first aid certification and Basic Life support certification with them as well.
I'm currently in the works of getting my Nurses aid license down here in North Carolina so I'm not working with patients just yet, but hopefully soon will be getting back into it, just waiting for my license to transfer down here.
I'm also in school to become a nurse, just finishing up my pre requisites and then will be joining a nursing program.
