I am a single mother of two grown boys, who used to work in the school system back in CT before moving to Midland, NC to care for my mother. Since then I worked as a family service counselor at a funeral home, and most recently cared for an elderly woman recuperating from a serious car accident. She was admitted to a nursing home just before the COVID-19 virus struck.
I love helping people of all ages, and my level of patience is my strongest characteristic. I also love doing crafts, which is helpful with the young and the old.
