I have experienced the aging process of all types of people my mother worked in a nursing home and grew up around that environment. She brought me to work to talk to the residents and help them. I understand the need for inhome care. I sat with my own grandmother for 6 months fed her, bathed her, took her to appointmnts, documented her days good and bad. There is a special need to reach those that need some compainionship.
