I have had my grandmother living with our family for over 10 years. Over the years she has experienced hearing loss and joint pain which limits her ability to complete tasks. I have assisted her with small chores and understanding others. I also worked at a Curves gym with many elderly women. One woman in particular suffered from dementia and it was my job to help her move around the room and exercise.
