Hello my name is Lavonia and my background consists of over 10 plus years of being a caregiver. My family says I’m a nurturer by nature, it’s just who I am. As a caregiver I’m very passionate about those that I care for. I’m CPR & First Aid Certified and I have experience working with seniors that have Dementia , Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. I’m patient, understanding,and most importantly loving because I put myself in their shoes. One day I’m going to be a senior and may need care. My parents may need care. I always think treat others with respect and treat them the way you would want to be treated. For just because they have gracefully aged and may require a little bit of extra help they too are people just like us.
