I am 31 years old with 10 years of experience doing administrative work for a well known orthopedic practice that specializes in patients with older joints. Although I am not certified, I was trained on taking some medical calls that dealt with older people. I am Familiar and accepting of the fact that alot of the older generation have more than one medical issue and do not always know how to communicate when they are having major issues (sometimes you have to ask questions). Aside from my work experience, I grew up closest to my grandmother, and in the latter part of her life I cared for at home. I feel this job is befitting as I have always taken to the older generation, from a young age, with a kind of compassion one might have for their own child.
