CARE COMPANION EXPERIENCE: Over the years, I've been blessed with the opportunity to visit several different adult care facilities and spend time just getting to know residents. Over this summer, I stayed with a woman who has alzheimers for a few weeks, and it was just a sweet experience getting to bring a smile to her face as we spent time together.

ABOUT BETHANY: I just graduated with a communications degree in December and recently moved to Wake Forest from Florida to pursue a seminary degree at Southeastern. I am a full-time student and currently working 20 hours a week in the Student Life Office at the seminary. I have a laid back personality that allows me to keep my cool when things get tense, and I typically spend my free time drinking coffee with friends or going on outdoor adventures.
