Hi! My name is Katie and I have 5+ years of childcare & nannying experience in New Hampshire and Australia! I am a mature, kind, responsible, reliable, compassionate 34yo woman currently employed part-time in customer service in Portsmouth.

I also have an extensive background as a chef, housecleaner, and organic farmer/permaculture gardener. My mom is terminally ill and lives in a nursing home, so I’m very acquainted & capable with senior care as well.

My childcare & nanny duties included meal prep, bathing, dressing, diaper/potty training, arts & crafts, educational activities, games & imaginative play, park & museum excursions, laundry, cooking, cleaning, gardening, pet care, and grocery shopping.

The child’s health, safety, and wellbeing is always my #1 priority! I am First Aid & CPR certified for adults, infants, and children. I have a valid NH driver’s license and clean driving record.

I really love interacting with kids (and adults!) of all ages and delight in creating an enthusiastic, playful, warm, friendly rapport with them. I strongly believe in treating all humans with respect, dignity, and positive encouragement. I aim to cultivate a healthy, safe, and nurturing dynamic— while still having fun!

Because of my mom’s poor health, I strive to be Covid-safe. I wear a mask in public and have my vaccinations and boosters up to date.
