I provide non-medeical support for the caregiver by being a companion to their loved one when they are hospitalized or at home. Help yourself to a little break while I keep your loved one company. I'm a people person! My goal is to provide the appropriate care per your request. Every one has different needs and ways they choose to interact with me. I get it! An elderly person with dementia needs reassurance and patience, and even more patience! A child/adult may be recovering from surgery and you don't want them to be alone while you work or run errands. Or maybe you'd welcome me taking them to an appointment or for a drive. However I can be of help. I have a respect and admiration for the elderly. My maternal grandmother introduced me to my husband and because we were so close I asked her to be my Matron of Honor! When you read my web site you'll see that I spent 9 months caring for my husband 24/7 in and out of the hospital setting. I'm also a two time cancer survivor, so I've been a patient myself.
