Hi, most of my experience in companion care comes from family care and checking in on people in my neighborhood. My mother developed early stage dementia in hear early 70's and we were very blessed that she lived to be 87 without any extreme physical problems. I created a routine with my two sisters and we alternatively spent 3 days/nights with my mother. Doing everything from personal care, laundry, etc. to most importantly conversation, tv watching, anything she wanted to do. I also took her to personal appointments as well as lunch, etc. I am an extremely active & fit 61 year old that genuinely enjoys the company of seniors. I will treat your family member with good company, care and most importantly respect. I am a retired vet tech so I'm very comfortable with any type of pets.
