I've been working as a caregiver in group homes and in private residences for 10+ years, mostly with middle aged to elderly individuals with varying degrees of developmental, psychological and physical disabilities....and it's wonderful to be able to make someone's day a little bit better when they have so much hardship and pain to deal with!
