I worked at a children's hospital for approx 4 1/2 years as a recreational therapist. I have six great kids (who range in age from 11 to 23). I have homeschooled them as well as taught and assisted in homeschool co ops over the past 18+ years. In 2019 I took my kids overseas to Africa and volunteered at an International school for 4 months. Although, I have never taken care of someone full time, I do have the experience of caring for my own children as well as my aging parents over the years.
