Performing routine personal care to patients in a sub-acute nursing home , helping patients with bathing, feeding, dressing, transfer assistance, serving meals, obtaining vital signs, skin care, assisting patients after incontinent episodes and reporting changes in the patients condition to medical staff, reposition the bed ridden patients to prevent them from bed sores, assist the elderly people in performing their daily activities, while sending the soiled clothes to the laundry Keeping the rooms of the patients clean to prevent any infections. Prepare the patients for surgery Check the weight, respiratory rate and temperature level whenever necessary, while helping in transferring the patients from their rooms
