EXPERIENCE: 

Project Administrator: Assist Project Mgr in coordinating major clients project locations, timelines/budgets; Create detailed schedules/databases.

Senior Admin Asst/Office Mgr: Provide admin support to VP/Partner and department of 40 staff. Assist VP with marketing/sales efforts. Prepare correspondence, proposals, presentations, work with clients. Coordinate domestic/international business meetings, functions/events and travel for groups/individuals. Handle expense reporting, time sheet entry, calendars, license applications/renewals. Prepare, edit, finalize technical/detailed reports/proposals; create/maintain databases; assist with procuring field and safety equipment. Created uniform filing system, put procedures in place to help the office run smoothly, to create ease/minimal distraction for employees. Responsible for office maintenance, oversight of Xerox/mail room staff, hiring of temp staff, coordinating administrative duties. Assist where needed, including switchboard, copy room; mail room, shipping/receiving.

Collect info/data for reports/spreadsheets pertaining to personnel, sales, budget and projects. maintain, update, provide detailed analysis/trends. Act as liaison between customers and sales.
