Reason For Coming Out Of Retirement

In 2008, I came to visit my parents in Sun City Summerlin, Las Vegas; they were in their early eighties. I was surprised to see how their health had deteriorated so I made plans to stay with them for a while. That turned into four years of constant live in care. My father was bed ridden for two years however; we had some great times in spite of his physical problems. I found a patience that I did not know that I had.

Because I am the only child, it became my pleasure to nurse my aging parents at home, until they passed in late 2012. I was forced to stop working too soon and now I find myself in need of part time work to supplement my social security income. I have open availability in that I am able to work any shift. Part time would be my first choice. Weekends are possible.

For over 30 years, I held a California Real Estate License. As a former traveling notary for the banking industry (for over 8 years), it was common for me to drive over sixteen hours a day.

As a Personnelman 3rd class in the U. S. Navy, I am an adequate typist. I use Microsoft Word at home.

My health is maintained by daily gym workouts and swimming. I do not drink alcohol at all. I find it too expensive, as it is free in Las Vegas. That is if you agree to lose your money while playing video poker! I don't.

I was commissioned to create the cover and a story on Alzheimer's that was published in Tony Hsieh’s DOWNTOWN ZEN magazine, Las Vegas, March 2015. I was active with the Lou Ruvo Clinic for several years.

My wife Kelli Kyle, is an Adjunct Professor at two local colleges.

I am comfortable being the companion of a male or female. For modesty reasons they must be able to handle their own hygiene. Other than that Let's Have Some Fun! There are many little side trips, museums etc. in Las Vegas if my companion is so inclined. It doesn't have to be all about doctors visits.

In addition to a PILB (Private Patrolman Work Card) and an alcohol education card, I have a current CPR/AED, also a recent FBI background investigation. My driving record is clean.
