My qualifications is that I have been a caregiver since 2003. I owned a group home for seniors and managed a grouphome for children. I have work private duty one on on.
I do this job because I enjoy helping others, giving them the care they cannot give themselves.
I'm good at this job because I'm good at helping people feel good about themselves and I have been doing it for many many years.
I go go into at home or facility and do the kid with little to No training.
