What do you need from me? Watch a movie with? Some conversation? Motivate you to exercise, take a walk together? Prepare and share a meal? Help you with shopping and errands and appointments?

I can provide a wide range daily assistance and company to you, everything possible to motivate and enhance your personal independence and overall quality of life:
- Help you organize your schedule, activities, appointments
- Prepare snacks and make hot meals for you, keeping track of any dietary restrictions, medications, pre-surgery/pre-test purging-prepping
- Accompany you to clinic/hospital visits

I am more than happy to engage in conversation, card games, board games, reading together, puzzles, etc.

If you are mobile and your home is near a park, outdoor activities are certainly an option. Trips to the library, community center, museums, and other activities, in addition to accompanying you on errands or appointments.

I am willing to oversee and assist with bill paying, email correspondence, reminding you to call family and friends, reminding to make appointments and take medications.

Depending on time of day/night worked, I can also offer assistance with the bedtime routine, tooth brushing, readying next day's clothes, pajamas, medications, going over next day's itinerary, etc.

Light housework and/or errands: doing dishes, laundry, picking up dry cleaning, tending to pets/dog walking/gardening, food shopping, post office, help with getting to and from appointments such as doctor, stylist/barber, etc.

I am patient and understanding and have a pleasant personality. I want to help you stay independent, not isolated. I hope you can see me as a life-enhancing and helpful companion.
