Deidre M. Care Companion in Lynbrook, NY 11563

I am a very patient and caring person who absolutely loves spending time with the elderly. I am a wife and mother of two wonderful teenage daughters who lives in Lynbrook. I have just quit my job working in an office. I have worked in offices for 20+ years and came to realize, I want something more. One thing that I do know is that when I did work for one particular Doctor's office in my career, I did love the daily encounters with the elderly patients. I always had a special connection with them. Since then I always wanted to have a career which involved working with them.
Honestly, I do not have any experience, training or certifications as a care companion. However, I do have elderly parents and have always cared for them and I think I obtained a lot of experience through doing that.
I would love to be considered for a position as a care giver for an elderly person.
