I am young with very little professional experience but I have spent the past 5 years helping to take for my grandmother that lives with my family. This included helping her accomplish daily chores, transportation, and diabetic care. I wanted to start working as a Care Companion because I am very close with both sets of my grandparents and genuinely enjoy talking to them and helping them around the house so I figured I might as well continue helping the elderly while I'm not at home.
