I have been a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania since 2013. I have worked in various aspects of care, ranging from an inpatient mental health unit, inpatient medical detoxification unit, as well as the emergency department. Caring for patients has always been the love of my life. I have received various awards for my above and beyond behavior at my previous hospitals, and continue to show the utmost empathy and compassion towards each individual I work with. Patient safety and satisfaction is my number one priority. I ensured that I knew each of my patients individually so that I was able to tailor their care specifically to ultimately achieve better patient outcomes. I also invested a lot of time in educating and communicating with family members to help incorporate their understanding into the care of their loved one. I am BLS certified, as well as also have achieved a certification of addiction nursing.
